Capullo provides sport fishing charter services departing from Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Capullo confirms the reservation with you.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including your name, email address, requested date, number of guests, and other information necessary to arrange your trip.
2. Charter Availability and Changes
Fishing trips are subject to weather, sea conditions, safety considerations, boat availability, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Capullo reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel a trip when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons. When possible, we will contact you using the information provided with your booking.
3. Payments and Cancellation
Any applicable deposit, payment, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms communicated to you at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
If no specific cancellation terms have been provided, please contact Capullo directly regarding cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Safety
Fishing charters involve inherent risks associated with boating, fishing, weather, ocean conditions, equipment, and other activities at sea.
Guests are expected to follow all reasonable instructions provided by the captain and crew. Capullo may refuse to allow a guest to participate in an activity when the captain or crew reasonably believes participation would create a safety risk.
5. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Information and availability displayed on the website may change without notice.
6. Google Calendar Integration
Capullo may use the Google Calendar API to manage charter bookings and scheduling.
When authorized by an appropriate Capullo account holder, the integration may access Google Calendar information necessary to view availability and/or create, update, or manage calendar events related to fishing charter bookings.
Google Calendar information is used only for the scheduling functionality described above and is not sold or used for unrelated advertising purposes.
Your use of Google’s services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
